The present general sales conditions (GSC) apply to any purchase of products or services made from RED-DOLPHIN sàrl via its online shop. The offers of products and services online are valid only as long as they are visible on the Site and limited to available stocks. The images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contractual conditions. The information contained in the catalogues and explanatory notes is given for information purposes only and does not constitute a contractual document.
Prices indicated on the Site are in Swiss francs only. They are inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and include the advance recycling tax (TAR). However, they do not include a contribution to the processing and shipping costs, which will be invoiced separately. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs. RED-DOLPHIN reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the prices charged to the customer for the products delivered are those in force at the date of the order and which appear on the order confirmation.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRAT
The products and prices published on the online shop constitute an offer. However, this is always subject to the (resolutive) condition that delivery is possible or that the price indicated is free of error. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order with RED-DOLPHIN. The order receipt is confirmed to the customer by an automatically generated e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer. The automatically generated order confirmation email does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only indicates to the customer that RED-DOLPHIN has received his/her order and that the contract is concluded, provided that the delivery is possible.
An order becomes final only after its acceptance by RED-DOLPHIN. The sending of the order by the customer implies his/her adhesion to the present general sales conditions in their entirety, to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions. RED-DOLPHIN reserves the right to refuse the order of a customer.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, WARRANTY CASES AND COMPLAINTS
The customer will send claims for defective goods and/or services and returns directly to RED-DOLPHIN and will settle with RED-DOLPHIN the details of the procedure. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from his/her obligation to pay the invoice or the total value of the dispute.
In the case of returns of goods purchased by "Purchase on account", the refund will be made to the bank or post office account indicated by the customer and made out to his/her name, provided that the customer has paid the original invoice in full and has not made any further purchases within 60 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints regarding possible defects or non-conformities. In general, items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. In the case of a return of goods, the shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
In the event of dissatisfaction, the goods can be returned and exchanged on presentation of the proof of payment. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, clean, complete and undamaged. Returned goods that have been damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects or differences from the order.
Returns are possible within 30 calendar days of receipt. If the customer is unable to provide confirmation of receipt, the 30-day period is counted from the date of dispatch of the order.
Only items in their original, unused, clean, complete and undamaged packaging, together with the label or proof of purchase, will be returned.
In the case of a return of goods, the shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, who also bears the shipping risk.

Following reception of the goods, RED-DOLPHIN checks that they are in good condition and, if necessary, decides on a refund. As soon as our logistics have received and checked your return, the refund will be credited to the same payment method used to pay for your order.
Only the value of the goods will be refunded. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
Special conditions for the return of multimedia items
The goods must be returned complete in their original packaging, clean and unused, together with all the accessories included in the same delivery, in the original unopened packaging and, if applicable, with an intact seal.
The customer shall notify RED-DOLPHIN support(at)red-dolphin.com of the problem encountered and will be contacted if necessary by email or telephone to resolve the problem (if it is a technical problem). Once the agreement of RED-DOLPHIN has been communicated, the customer can return the product (at his/her own expense).
The invoice will be used as a warranty card.
The exchange under guarantee or the repairs under guarantee do not generate any extension of the original guarantee period (in general 2 years).
Any total or partial non-execution by the customer of one of his/her obligations, as well as the non-observance of an unspecified term of payment can involve, at the discretion of RED-DOLPHIN, either the immediate exigibility of the sums still due to whatever title that it is, and the suspension of any delivery, or the resolution of the contracts in progress.
APPLICABLE LAW / DISPUTES
The present contract is subject to Swiss law.
